Camera Induction

Today we were showed how to used the cameras. I learnt couple of things which are:

• Press menu to change the recording size to 1080p because it has a high quality which would make the filming good. 
• The exposure controls involve ISO (100-1600), Shutter speed (50) and aperture (able to experiment). The ISO should be used above 1600 because it would become over exposed.
• The picture style needs to be neutral and you can change that by going into the menu. Auto White balance needs to be used to adjust the lighting.
• Focus involves manual focus or automatic focus. We would use manual focus when filming
• You are able to change the menu quickly by using quick menu.

• special effects used-green screens (three iggy azaleas)
• typical location-in the studio
• fast cutting rate
• close ups of ariana's, and iggy azaleas face
• extreme close up of big sean lipsyncing
• matched cut-hands up
• wipe transition
• ariana has natural looking make up but iggy has heavy makeup- shows the difference between them.
• ariana has direct contact with the audiences all the time
• it was a performance as there was a lot of dancing and lip syncing.
